Arlene was assigned to us when we called Realtor.com on a whim to check out a house. She stuck with us for 3 months, responding to every question, setting up multiple viewings, and connecting us with other people we needed during the entire house-buying process. She is an incredible source of information and advice, and helped us avoid pitfalls and unnecessary difficulties. She always responded quickly, usually within minutes of reaching out. While accompanying us through walk-throughs, she pointed out things that we missed or didn't know about. During negotiations with sellers she provided valuable direction, and helped the sellers to stick to their commitments, dealing with them firmly and fairly. She traveled extensively during this process, meeting us where we needed and making our lives easier in so many ways. We were extremely fortunate that she was assigned to us, and we couldn't have asked for a better champion. If we ever get the chance to recommend a buyer agent to family or friends, she will be the one we trust them with.

Arlene Encinas is an experienced and knowledgeable agent. My husband and I have used her for two real estate transactions: The purchase of an established home and the purchase of a new build. These are two entirely different home-buying experiences. For each, it was great to have her as our agent. We love the established home we purchased. We credit Arlene with finding it and helping us to win the bid when three offers were placed on it within 24 hours of being listed. We recently closed on our new build. Arlene attended all of the builder meetings and the closing (we have learned that not all agents attend the closing). She was a valued advocate and source of information throughout the process. The five-month build went smoothly; but when I wanted Arlene to intercede with the builder representatives or the loan officer I had full faith she would achieve what we wanted and needed. She patiently allowed me to rant and was an active listener when things were not going smoothly. She's very responsive with texts, e-mails, and phone calls. We're grateful she was our partner in these two transactions. We will definitely hire Arlene for future real estate transactions.

We love working with Arlene, she is so easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable. When issues come up in the process she is on top of the situation fixing it. She is friendly and very organized.
