Arlene Encinas was amazing. There was never a thought that went through my head that made me feel like she was pushing us to buy a house. If there were any issues with the house that we didn’t see, she would always mention them to us. Seriously! She paid attention to little details about the house that I never would think to look for! She was so easy to work with about scheduling! Buying a house is probably one of the most stressful things, but Arlene helped so much and would make sure to call us ASAP if she saw anything that looked fishy and would make sure we were getting the best options for our home. This was our first time buying a home and I cannot even imagine using any other realtor in the future.

I am a retired military officer who has done my share of moves, so I have a healthy appreciation for the importance of hiring and working with a good real estate agent. I also know cool competence and professionalism when I see it, and Arlene has these traits in spades. My latest purchase presented a challenge in that I was residing in Missouri... This allowed me to have only a few days in Utah to find a home in what was clearly a seller's market. It was a challenging situation and I'm confident my efforts would have ended in failure were it not for Arlene's savvy, knowledge and flexibility. Although I had several listings I pulled off a couple websites, the home I ended up buying was not on my list. It was a home identified by Arlene on her tablet while we were out looking at other properties. I think she caught it within an hour or two of it listing. This flexibility and real-time guidance were crucial as the property received two other bids within 24 hours of it entering the market. Had I been 24 hours later I would have missed out. However I didn't miss out because: 1. Arlene saw it, and... 2. We did not leave her office that night until my offer was completed, signed, scanned and e-mailed to the seller's agent: 9 PM! Arlene also did a wonderful job keeping things on track (and keeping me informed) after I returned to MO. She replied promptly to all my inquiries and patiently explained the process, what I could/should expect, etc. She also provided great counsel for any decisions I needed to make. In short, you can't go wrong with Arlene Encinas as your real estate agent. She is calm, measured and will inspire confidence in what is clearly a major life decision.
